From Great Sankey/Penketh WA8 5UP [Please click here  for map]

• Travel through Penketh along dual carriageway and past the 'Kwik Save' store on your left-hand side.
• At roundabout, (you can see Fiddlers Ferry power station ahead) take the 3rd exit sign posted for Liverpool.
• Continue along this road for approximately 3 miles. You will go past the 'Everglades Hotel' on your left-hand side.
• Continue on to roundabout in distance.
• At roundabout take 2nd exit.
• Continue on this road for approximately 100 yards and you will approach a set of traffic lights.
• Manoeuvre into right hand side lane, for turning right.
• Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles.
• You will go past the Church View public house on your right hand side.
• Further along, you will see a roundabout in the distance. There is also a right hand turning which will take you into Wilmere Lane.
• Continue along this road and you will see the HFH changing rooms and playing fields on your left-hand side further on.
• There is only one entrance/exit gate for vehicles. This will bring you directly onto the car park in front of the main building.

NOTE:
At busy periods the car park can get full. In these circumstances, you may need to park your vehicle on the main road.
There are no parking restrictions on the main road but please be aware!

This road has a maximum speed limit of 40 mph.
    Unfortunately, some drivers do seek to attain the old 70 mph speed limit!!!
