• Take M62 towards Leeds and exit at J20 onto the A627.
• At first roundabout, take the second exit sign posted for Oldham (still A627).
• Travel along the A627 and continue to follow the signs for Oldham.
• You will pass a B&Q Warehouse to your left hand side.
• At the next roundabout take the third exit.
• After the roundabout, take the first exit for Ashton, (signposted Ashton, Manchester & Town Centre).
• At the next roundabout take the second exit and keep in the left handside lane, (it will appear as though your are going back onto the A677 by-pass).
• This left handside lane will take you to a roundabout.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Park Road, Alexandrs Park & retail Park.Continue along this road and through two sets of traffic lights.
• At the third set of traffic lights, follow signpost for Ashton, B6194.
• Continue along this road, down a hill and then a sharp bend to the right, into Lees Road.
• Continue along this straight road until you see the Red House Pub on your right hand side.
• Turn right at the Red House Pub and continue along this road for approximately one mile.
• At the bottom of the road near to the end of the estate, there is a Petrol Station on your left hand side and Pegs Lantern Pub on your right hand side.
• Ashton-U-Lyne Rugby Union Club is now on your left hand side, next to the Petrol Station.
