• Take M62 (Manchester).
• Leave M62 at Junction 9 (Winwick Interchange).
• Take first exit onto A49 (Newton).
• Straight on at traffic lights (manoeuvre to right hand side lane).
• At roundabout, take third exit and continue along A49 (Winwick Link Road - dual carriageway).
• Take first exit at roundabout and enter slip road to M6 (directions to Wigan, Preston).
• Leave the M6 a Junctioon 27.
• Bear left towards roundabout (directions Chorley, Parbold, A5209, Standish).
• After 400 yards, take the third exit at the roundabout into A5209 (Crow Orchard Road).
• Continue straight into B5206 (Shevington Lane).
• Travel short distance and arrive at Shevington High School, Shevington, Wigan.
